As you go about your business and living your day-to-day life, do you ever stop to wonder “am I living a life that is worth remembering?” I’m not talking about getting in your five seconds of local news fame, but the things that really matter. What do people think when they see you in the halls at work? What about all of those distant relatives that you maybe see once or twice a year and at the occasional wedding or funeral? Yesterday I spent most of my day sick in bed, but I was able to feel decent enough later on in the day to walk to the park and play on the playground.
In today’s video I went for a bike ride, set some new goals for this week. and was seriously vlog-bombed by my cousin. It was kind of awesome.

I am SO excited for this week. I decided that I needed to reevaluate what I was doing, and tweaked a few things in my fitness plan to see if it would help me get out of this plateau, and guess what? I think it’s working…
This last week has been kind of hectic, and I want to be honest with you guys: I haven’t been working out as much as I committed to. So this week I’ve decided to try a little experiment to get myself more motivated, and it involves YOU.
I’ve never really traveled very far from home. Many of my friends have been to the other side of the country or even the other side of the world; my traveling experiences, on the other hand, have been limited to visiting family a few states over and one or two school trips less than 12 hours away. All of this is about to change 45 days from now, though, and I’m kind of terrified. (more…)
